Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms offered a stunning view of the Colosseum and the most amazing food, but unfortunately, the furniture and overall room condition were disappointing. The service was friendly and helpful, providing first-class service, but the lack of proper room amenities impacted the overall stay.
The hotel offers unbelievable rooms with no curtains to the windows, located directly underneath the balcony bar, and lacking a view of the Colosseum. The service is top-notch with amazing front desk concierge services, friendly staff, and great responsiveness to any issues. The location is fantastic for exploring the Ancient parts of Rome but far from the hotel amenities. The dining experience is totally worth it, offering exceptional dishes with a breathtaking view. The facilities are modern and luxurious, providing a touch of luxury and great food.
Staying at this hotel was truly amazing! The rooms are new, modern, large, and very comfortable with breathtaking views of the Colosseum, offering a very luxurious interior design. The service was top-notch, very friendly, and incredibly accommodating. The location is absolutely perfect, just a couple of minutes' walk away from the Colosseum, making it ideal to explore all that Rome has to offer. The dining experience was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. However, the noise level from the balcony bar could be a bit bothersome at times.
Being just yards away from one of the most visited tourist sites in the world, the hotel offers a prime location, but the noise from the balcony bar can be disruptive. The building housing the rooms is older and not well-maintained, affecting the overall experience given the high price tag.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The location was absolutely perfect, offering a stunning direct view of the Colosseum and in walking distance from almost every cultural point. The rooms, although with a perfect view, were let down by horrible old furniture and other dated aspects. The service was outstanding with very friendly and accommodating staff, but the dining options left much to be desired.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was smaller and less luxurious, located next to a kitchen storage room with a strong smell of row seafood while sleeping, but one of the rooms was magnificent. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to cater to our needs. The location was absolutely perfect, offering a stunning view of the colosseum. The dining experience had good quality and variety, but service was lacking. Overall, a stay with notable pros and cons.
My stay at the hotel was simply stunning. The rooms were smaller than I expected, but the service was top-notch. The view of the Colosseum from the room was beautiful, and the modern amenities were impressive. However, I was a bit surprised by the lack of attention to detail in cleaning up the room during turndown service.
The hotel had a cramped room layout that felt overpriced given the conditions, with a constantly leaking toilet and awkward placement of the bed and TV. However, the tiny hallway connecting the room to the main hall added some charm to the space.
The hotel was stunning with oversized, luxurious rooms that easily accommodated our group. The view from the hotel was even more breathtaking in person. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, from recommending local attractions to connecting us with top-notch tour companies. The location was beyond all expectations, making it easy to explore key attractions within a short distance. The dining experience was outstanding with good quality options for both adults and children under 7. Overall, a memorable stay filled with luxurious comfort and exceptional service.
